More BIG news just in:
The Irish Sun has dropped Page 3. Paul Clarkson has courageously dropped the “hugely popular pillar of the Sun” and said that the publications must “strive to cater for our readers’ needs”
Editor Paul Clarkson cited ‘cultural differences’ (?!) as the reason for the now significant difference between the British and Irish editions. With only one reader having complained about the change and 113,486 people (including media personalities, 138 MPs, you, and me) asking David Dinsmore to ban Page 3 in the British Sun, it seems to only be a matter of time before Page 3 is out for good.
