Charity Water & some Lowly Knights

As I was reading this morning about the four “social ills” in our world – lack of/unsanitary water, slavery, orphanhood and poverty; Belfast-based band The Lowly Knights were taking part in the Belfast marathon to play their part in combatting one of these by raising funds for Charity Water. More on the global water crisis and what is being done to solve it here:

100% of public donations to Charity Water go straight to clean water projects, operational expenses are covered in other ways.

The race isn’t quite finished yet: it would be lovely for the guys to get home this afternoon to a few more donations. Click here.
